How does billing work?: You pay per API call based on the model's token/image pricing. Credits are deducted in real-time. Free models don't consume any credits.
What happens when credits run out?: API calls to paid models will return a 402 error. Free models continue to work. You can enable auto-recharge to avoid interruptions.
Is there a free tier?: Yes! All users get 50 free requests per day and access to 25+ free models with no credit card required.
Can I get a refund?: Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact support for refund requests.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept credit cards via Stripe, and WeChat Pay / Alipay for users in China.
